Snoring is a sleep disorder that is experienced by most of the people around the globe, which can cause serious effect if left untreated.  Snoring is caused by the vibration caused in the soft palate of the mouth, where air movement gets disturbed while breathing.  The only symptom of this sleeping disorder is the sound produced during sleep and sometimes it is also accompanied with heavy breathing.
